In this class, we focus on our foundation in the legs and feet.  Be ready for some long holds as you ask yourself if you're reacting emotionally to the challenge, or responding to your experience.  No fancy moves in this practice so we can focus on the strength our legs and feet provide. There are not specific props needed, but if you regularly practice with blocks, bring them along!  Enjoy.
